Returns or exchanges are available for items purchased directly from Dreambats.com within 15 days from date of receipt. Please see below for specific conditions for return/exchange based on specific product categories. Return/exchange is not available for clearance items or personalized products (i.e. engraved metal bats).

Any items other than custom made wood bats can be returned within 15 days. Buyer has to pay for return shipping. Custom wood bats can not be returned unless the issue is due to a manufacturing error.
