Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping Rates

All standard orders placed before 1:00 PM EST Monday-Friday will be processed within 1 business day. Custom or engraved items will take longer to process, and shipping selection will apply after order processing.  Custom Bats may take up until 3 weeks before being shipped (depending on time of year and type of order).

Return & Exchange Policy

15 Day Return Policy: 

Any items other than custom made wood bats can be returned within 15 days.  Buyer has to pay for return shipping.  Custom wood bats can not be returned unless the issue is due to a manufacturing error.  All items must be unused to receive a full refund or credit.
